Getting Started
To create your first gantt chart, fill out the following fields
- Project Name
- A name for your project. For example, "Starting an Art Summer Camp"
- Project Description
- Write about the details of the project, the more information the better. For example, "I am a painter, and I want to create up a week-long summer camp for neighborhood kids to learn to paint".
- Available Teams
- List who your collaborators are. It could just be you, it could be many people - try to be specific about roles. For example, "Myself(painter), neighborhood organizer, social media person".
- Start Date and End Date
- Select your start and end dates. It is better to set the end date further in the future than you expect to have some wiggle room.

Some Tips
- Be specific
- You'll find that being very specific will lead to less editing later on. For example, if you know that you can do a specific task quicker than average, mention it. Using the summer camp example above, you can specify something like "spreading awareness of the camp should only take one day, because we have a weekly neighborhood meeting".
- "Available teams" is optional
- If you leave the "Available Teams" field blank, we will generate the teams for you.
- Previously generated charts are available
- You can find your previously generated reports if you click on your name in the upper right and go to "My Files".
